If you’ve been by the library over the past couple of weeks you may noticed the survey we’re conducting. Paper copies of those surveys will be available through the rest of the year. You’re welcome to take them home and slip completed responses through the book drop at any time.
If you’d prefer a digital version, you can find it here.
Thank you to all who have and will complete our survey! Your feedback means a lot to us.
Can you build an 18-inch tower out of toothpicks and bits of pool noodle? What about a 6 x 12 inch bridge? What about a life-size replica of the Eiffel Tower?
(Well, that last one might be impossible, but you’ll never know until you try!)
Come in any day we’re open this week to try your hand at the Noodle and Toothpick Building Challenge!
Part of our Summer Reading Program: Build a Better World!
If you’d like, post your pictures to our Facebook page and tag the library in them so everyone can see the awesome stuff you made!
Come check out these books:
“Brooklyn” by Colm Toibin
“The Martian” by Andy Weir
“The Girl on the Train” by Paula Hawkins
We will now be having Story Time on the second and fourth Fridays of the month at 10:00. Please join us for a story and a craft. The stories and crafts are appropriate for 3 and 4 year olds. Youngers are welcome.
We are very excited about our new website. We are learning as we go along and so please be patient with our attempts to keep you updated.
